Moyan Network Cloud

You can log in with your Moyan Network account to activate Moyan Network Cloud. Please comply with the following terms of service when using Moyan Network Cloud:

  • Moyan Network Cloud only allows synchronization of Moyan Network files. You agree not to disguise files in other formats as Moyan Network files and synchronize them to Moyan Network Cloud.
  • Moyan Network Cloud service allows you to upload, submit, save and download Moyan Network files. You retain the intellectual property rights in all content. Moyan Network may not copy, share or transmit your files to any third party unless you give us permission.
  • When you upload, submit and save your content to our servers, or download content through our services, you grant Moyan Network a worldwide license to allow Moyan Network to host and save the files. At the same time, Moyan Network provides services that allow you to access and delete the content you uploaded to Moyan Network. Due to some country and enterprise restrictions, please make sure you have the necessary permissions for any content you submit to our servers.

  1. If you are a submitter, you understand that Moyan Network does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any submission, whether or not your submission is displayed or otherwise visible.
  2. You are responsible for the User Content you submit and are responsible for the consequences of its publication or publication. In connection with the Submitted Content, you affirm, represent and/or warrant that:
